@ForgedinShadow2 I've heard that you can, Vitamix has a recipe for salsa as well, but I would guess it's tricky. Remember you can always cut it by hand, takes a little longer but still works.

@n8vdescent yeah, you have to take it easy with the pulsing. Remember, you can always pulse more, you can never pulse less. :-)

@77annamtz Yes, this isn't traditional Mexican pico de gallo but it's an American version that's really good. It's one of the things America does well, integrating other cultural practices and melting them with others.
