MASCARA & POPCORN is a week-long festival making its debut in July 2011, uniting independent filmmakers and artists alike in the hopes that it will impact communities in a positive and creative way and inspire underground filmmakers and artists to express themselves in an atmosphere they feel is right for them. MASCARA & POPCORN is an indie film festival as well as a unique cultural happening that encourages experimental, thought-provoking, subversive art.
