  • Is this workout Prasara inspired? I know that Scott praises your videos. I'm wondering if this routine was influenced by his Prasara yoga? Thanks!

  • 5 days is more or less a full recovery, 5 day muscle group split is the best way to go. I go Sunday thru Thursday and take off Friday and Saturday, so I actually get 6 days of rest on that particular muscle group.
