In this segment from Man Alive we see Innocent Smith's lawyer defend him and essentially explain all the mysteries about him.
This footage is an exerpt from EWTN's show about G.K. Chesterton. It is in no way related to a full lenght film of the novel currently being produced.

I read Manalive in September and it was absolutely delightful. This is nicely delivered, but I wish that Innocent had been given the direction to do something besides sit. I seem to remember him coloring or making things from paper in the book- something that looks absurd until you realise it proves the point.

I just read this book. The break in scene was my favorite.
