Stun Gun is a very simple drill that challenges you to get the absolute most out of all aspects of your freestyle stroke. It calls for balance, control of the recovery, and a constant kick to keep things moving.
@bylejakie - Yes. You can also just practice more kicking on your side, alternating from head down, and head up (to simulate the rotation for breathing). You'll need to rotate your head further if you're just kicking as you won't be going fast enough to create a wake to breathe in, but you can learn good balance. Take your time and good luck with everything.

My body is dropping when I am recovering my arm when swimming freestyle. Is this drill good for that issue?
