The late Stephen Schneider was the Professor of Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies at Stanford University. An internationally recognised leader in research on climate change, he served as a consultant on the issue to every U.S. President from Nixon to Obama.

He was actively involved with the Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change since its inception, and was among the group of scientists to receive the Nobel Prize for their work with the organisation. His commitment to improving public understanding of science through extensive public appearances continued right up until his death in July this year

@kingofdbrits How did he get it right? He said that 3% could never effect the earths climate and the climate scientist gave an example of why it does. The good doctor was just ignoring his very good answer.

@kingofdbrits Your comment shows just how utterly IGNORANT you are in regards to CO2. I guess it is safe to say you deny the Theory of Evolution as well...However, plants evolved breathing CO2 at its current levels so not all plants would react well to increased CO2. But that is beside the point, more CO2 in the atmosphere is like stopping on the gas in car you & everyone else is in headed for cliff & even though it has brakes the car will reach a point the brakes do no good!
