@Gambit7Beyond He left to be with his daughter. If you had a daughter I'd bet you'd understand. He wanted to come back but they wouldn't allow him too. They didn't even tell him in person. Kicked out over AIM. Then he had to GIVE AWAY the songs he wrote. Higinia is about his frickin grandmother. Why would you play a song about your ex singers grandma? Then after "This War is Ours" they asked him to come back. Pfft. yeah right.

@Gambit7Beyond "Mabbitt left the band because he felt he was missing out on his daughter's childhood. He later decided he wanted to rejoin the band, but the band felt it would be better to move on without him. Mabbitt was informed of their decision via AIM by Blessthefall's guitarist, Eric Lambert. Mabbitt has stated in numerous interviews that he was forced to sign over all of his rights to his Blessthefall recordings.
