Detroit was the third stop in 2008. Almost 1 million people showed up at this event. Tickets were sold out, but i know someone whe works in the Ren Cen (Big GM Building) and they let us use their conference room. Great view!!! Certainly, thanks for trying to capture this race. However, your videos leave much to be desired before you start getting people who will watch these for more than necessity. You really need to grease up your tripod or something, get a higher quality camera, and keep more focused on the shoot. I found these videos to be choppy as heck, and frustrating to watch as I couldn't see anything. Keep pushing and you'll get it.

yeah, i can see what your saying. I recently got a new tripod and a really nice HD camcorder (Canon HV30). I am hoping to go again this year, so i will try to get some better footage
I will also make a new version of this video, with smoother video, using an image stabilizer, and some better cuts. should i let you know when it's up?

Phew, thanks for not taking that the wrong way. Yeah, that'd be great! You've got a pretty damn good vantage point, btw. A good camera and some good shooting could make these some great videos!
