In this part we get the water medal, as well as going outside near the dog house. Also, another thing to note is the seed in the small garden near the dog house. You'll need to keep watering it after every portion of the game you beat. I think if you keep watering it, by the time you return on the 4th portion of the game, you'll get a Gold jewel which is required if you want to get the best ranking in the game.
