In the video I explain what this is about and I ask for help. Do i need a new Computer fan, if yes ... which one should I get and so on... Please comment if you know. I greatly appreciate any help in this matter, thanks
It's hard to tell from the video. The fan seemed loud but it was hard to see or hear. Replace it if you are worried about it otherwise just make sure it's spinning when you use your computer and keep an eye on the CPU temperature. You might want to vacuum any visible dust out of the fan or blow it out with canned air.
Cheap, generic power supplies aren't very reliable. It's not uncommon for a cheap, low watt supply to die prematurely. Maybe the supply's watt/amp rating is too low?
