Tutorial: UPDATED My Natural Hair Wash and Go (Sectioning)

Here's a tut on my updated wash and go...sometimes, I'm lazy and I just apply it all at once as well, like I used to. Oh also...I didn't mean the gel was reacting with the water, I meant with my conditioner...that gel acts funky sometimes.

Very helpful vid! I have really thick hair also and I will try this technique when I try a wash n go again. Do you have a lot of issues with SSK's since you mainly do wash n go's? I think this is what scares me from trying them more often.

@kamaia16 I get SSKs, but not many because I keep my hair moisturized. I also do search and destroys and snip them when I find them.

I am new to your channel and I LUV your hair. It looks exactly like my hair only my curl pattern is a bit different. I am loving your hair color. what color? what brand? It seems like you are busy but can you do a break down of your routine and the products you use.

@damphatty Thanks! I have another video that explains my hair color - it's henna that I did on dyed hair. It's called FAQs: My Hair Color and Izzy Blown Out I think. Sorry, YT won't let me put links in the comments. And do you mean my whole hair routine? This video is pretty much it, lol! I have a post on my blog that lists my holy grail products as well. The only other thing I do is DC 1-2 times a week. Hope that helps!

i love that you did a tutorial, that's exactly how i do my wash and go too!! i love the thickness of your hair (i do less sections cos my hair is not as thick!). Girl, i need to say THANK YOU for putting me onto Donna Marie's Curling Creme, i love that stuff, in my top 5 definitely! :)

I think I'll try separating my hair into more sections and see if it works for me. The wash 'n' go is my most feared hairstyle, so maybe this will allow me to make it work. :)
