Crab Boil in liquid form is basically liquid cayenne pepper. Adds alittle spice to the mash potatoes. Thanks!

I have also seen some people make mashed potatoes and then put cheese on top and bake them in an oven in a glass rectangle baking dish,

How we do gravy, it's pretty easy. take your meat drippings and boil it on the stove...  in a coffee cup or bowl, mix together corn starch and water, enough water so the corn starch disolves. then pour it little by little into the boiling drippings, stir constantly and in a few minutes you have perfect, thick gravy
