@hereticarmy I can imagine, but I wonder if it has to do with Apartheid ending there in the late 60's early 70's. I mean these same people did build some of the first empires, so they cant be inherently stupid, With that being said I wonder if it is the last vestiges of Apartheid that they are recovering from. it was not that long ago. @hereticarmy That is true, but only to a certain extent. people in developed countries know that American media has quite a bit to do with that perception. Every country does that with whomever their ethnic scapegoat happens to be. We see that alot across the pond. I have met some of the Blacks their in America and they seemed like a smart group, that is why I was surprised by this video. I have visited the U.S. and have seen quite a few Africans, but none like the above,Comedy perhaps?
