@purplemadness8449 I do! I use to think I had to get pink undertones to match my skin (ivory) but it never matched my neck! And i didnt know why! So now using something that is more yellow is wayyy better, more flawless looking :)

hey im asking you this because i know you've lowlighted your extensions before, i think u did a video on this. i recently did the same (from very light bleach blonde to medium blonde) but i feel after this they are just really dry , dull, knotty and not very easy to style :(. do you have any tip to bring softness and shininess back?

@wrappedwithlove87 My number one tip for that is not to use shampoo. When I rinse my extensions after low lighting them I don't use shampoo to rinse it out, just conditioner. I notice the extensions feel dryer right after you wash them, so I only condition mine. Conditioner has cleaning agents in it too and your extension hair doesn't get oily like your natural hair so it really isn't necessary to use shampoo unless you are using product in your hair (but I never do)
