@GregsGuitars I am upgrading my ES 335 I plan to install the varitone swich but can not decide on what pickups to use what pickups are on this guitar it sounds great
-
With this varitone do you need 4 wire pickups or can you say install burstbucker pros?made in 2009?
-
Did you find the whammy too close to the scratch plate?
-
Gregor, why aren't you famous yet?
-
Give the bear the cred for the mic placement. Mighty fine tunage. You make want to run out and buy way more guitars than I'll ever find time to play. Thanks for all the posts. Never going to get tired of them.

love your setup. nice teddybear :P
-
Hey greg, does the wammy bar thing detach on 355's?

Hey Greg, there's a question. I have a similiar Gib, '78er though, with the trapezoid tail piece. It has the tens on it. Do you think 9ths would still sound good enough while playing jazzish? I'm quite crap on the intonnation while playing on 10ths although thick strings sound better in jazz. So... is it ok then? Thanx.

I would not play 9ths. 10ths are sounding much better imo
