PVC Rocket with Successful Parachute Deploy

OK, we've made some improvements to our rocket. After several attempts and failures, we've been able to get it to go quite high (over 300 feet by my estimate). But that would pretty much trash the rocket when it landed. So, I added a parachute. After several different experiments, I ended up with a detachable nose cone (made from another 2-liter bottle with a trash bag parachute. The launch before this one went a little higher and landed perfectly in the side lawn, avoiding trees. I had to try and film it. This launch went high, and the parachute deployed perfectly, but everything ended up getting into the trees. I still don't know how I'll get it down.

@nathan4695 You're probably right. The detaching nose cone wasn't as aerodynamic as the fixed one. I think those were going up 250-300 feet -- but maybe my ego exaggerates a bit. But I think this one launched 200-225 feet. Thanks for the comment.
