btw: hate this terrible clapping while great performances fade out - PLEASE be reverent, don't destroy a great moment, and WAIT few seconds!!!

I just watched "The Art of Conducting" and it seems that Leonard Bernstein's conducting style was quite a bit like Gustavo's. Or should I say vice versa? I love the way Gustavo conducts - not stiff and formal like the old style.
