Russia to process uranium for Iran? Obama welcomes

The nuclear talks in Geneva led to an agreement in principle to process some Iranian enriched uranium in Russia and France.
Iran also says it will welcome nuclear inspectors on its territory within days.
The country has agreed to allow the International Atomic Energy agency to supervise its new enrichment plant.
