Dell UK Customer Service
Two failed "repair" attempts, in which they installed the wrong LCD and changed the midnight blue lid for a grey one, scratched and dirtied the machine, failed to install even basic drivers (which wouldn't load from disk), rattling base cover (apparently a design flaw), endless email conversation with people whose first language is not English and don't know about PCs either... finally, the BANTEC engineer comes up trumps.

  • Dude- they are Indians and they work for Dell. Do you really expect them to care or to do what they are supposed to?

  • I wanted to buy a dell studio 15 unbelievable specs for the price... I have read quite a lot about the cheap build quality and crappy customer service from dell... enough to change my mind to something else...
