Nissan Leaf driving

The show vehicle that has been going around actually works with the actual Nissan Leaf drivetrain! This is the show car, they told me it was governed to 5mph, but it moves. This car is 98% of what the production car would be, most of the changes are just going to be for US regulations.

The poor driver who is responsible for moving this car has to put a full seat, floor and steering wheel cover on and then wear white gloves on top of that. The paint on this car has hundreds of man hours invested in wet sanding and polishing. The tires have a special tread pattern on them in the shape of a leaf (not for production).

It's a couple million dollar show car! It wasn't a test drive, it was a Nissan driver at the wheel.

Everyone that owns an electric car is forgetting something, that I know from driving electric carts at work. You have to have some way to charge it. By this I mean you can run a gas car out of gas, put a little gas in and it will run again so you can get more gas. With an electric you can't do that. It is dead where it sits, you either tow it, push it several miles or hope there's an electric outlet right next to you when you run out of juice.

nice car but supersuper spencell bateries, this car cost 10k dlrs if was gas, no gas 25k dlrs, nissan says, come on drive this car and i will see very soon in the dealer for new batery, no spend in gas but spend in bateries cost super spencell, just ask for how much you have spend for the new batery, super clean its good but super spencell
