4 Boys Charged With Raping 11-year-old Girl

Riverside County prosecutors have charged four teenage boys and one 19-year-old with raping a 11-year-old girl in a park bathroom in Moreno Valley. Neighbors in the sprawling bedroom community say the news sent them reeling. (April 5)
