regardless of the situation, every american citizen has the right to their amendments, however, they company are capable of having a civil action lawsuit. So regardless, they will pay. But kudos for using the 5th amendment.

Why so much negativity toward these guys? I'm not an American but nothing bugs me more than Americans who do not appreciate or understand their own Bill of Rights. This is *not* a trial folks. There is nothing wrong with invoking the Fifth Amendment.
Oh, and the politician who holds up the jar with yellow tape, that's just pure entertainment theatrics for television.
Americans: Read your 6th Amendment.
