Yeah if he uses it sealion will go down to "red" colour and therefore use tsunami and a normal attack after it. Belive me, it will kill you at lvl 1.

just use tridal flame twice then they both die

The first tidal flame, if done too early, won't kill Sealion. So Sealion will kill you first.

The difficulty doesn't really change in anyways. It's just that the tactic that I'm using is really slow and I can win like that.
