  • This man and Greg Palast and ferenzic economist have showed that if there were attorneys who had any balls there are plenty of cases to make against these people and stave off continued lack of faith and paranoiya. The people who figured the mystery around Maddoff had a special deal are those who see the injustice and figured they would rather profit than preserve the capitalist structure.

Thanks for posting this guy, and thanks for asking a question about what he would do if he were in power.

  • "Libertarianism masquerading as Capitalism..." That nails it!!!

The Faux Free Market, Laissez Faire Bullcrap.

It's so great that he brings up the Disingenuous Intellectually Dishonest Lying Republicans who are playing the Faux Populism card.

  • Who taught you civic? Judges preside over cases according to written law. Spitzer's saying the LEGISLATURE (you know, like the congress) can't make people do the right thing.

  • But your honor, you cant send me to jail because of my bad judgement of robbing the bank the stock holders tax payers money and raping ur wife and daugher killing ur kitties and puppies, you can't legislage judgement! good or bad...

  • Sure...everyone just had bad judgement all at the same time.....

  • Spitzer got that one right, when it comes to hookers you can't legislate judgement.

  • I'm sorry I couldn't vote for him if he can't hide is whore money well enought. How can I trust him to do the right thing ever again?

  • mainstreet is forgiving and wants eliot spitzer to take on wall street as president of the united states.

  • This happened because commercial banks were allowed in 1999 to become brokerage houses.
