LOL when the bongos kick in. it's like seinfeld segue music.

which show at wollman was it that utopia only did todd/solo-career tunes, when he climbed the scaffolding singing either "hello it's me" or "i saw the light" midway through the number? if i benember correctly, there was no opening act. and it was THE most magical show i've EVER seen todd perform. if memory serves, it was the piano (todd) playing portion of the show, which leads me to believe it was "hello ..." and i was INSIDE the rink, ie, NOT on the hill!

Nice laid back sound indeed, and at Central Park--very fitting. I saw Todd there at the Wollman Rink in '78 shortly after he released 'Hermit of Mink Hollow, during my time living in Long Island, New York. I cant wait for his next gig in my home city of London. Wollman Rink has got to be his spiritual home, does any one have video footage of Sons of 1984, which he recorded there in '74
Sweet and organic-nice

Does anyone know what year this was taped? Could it be 1999?

I filmed it in Central Park in the Summer of 2006.
