Oh my! This is my favortite play...and that was not good. I cant comment on the orchestra because I couldnt really hear them, but the singing was disturbing. It sounded like there was no practice done, nor effort given.

thanks for your opinion but there was great effort and practice given into this performance...we practiced a little over 3 months, and the orchestra is barely heard becuase this number is mostly in piano.

I'm sorry but this was rather bad. i'm not sure how the whole production was, but this number was bad. I've seen many high school level productions of this show, and those were much better. The singers are off key, and papa ge has no energy. I think more practice should have gone into this, considering it is such amazing music, and it's hard music.
