  • He was running a Waggoneer D44 front with chromolly shafts, 4.56 gears, Detroit locker, and Warn hubs. The rear was still the stock 10-bolt with 4.56 gears and stock G80 locker. 35x12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja claws (he didn't have bealocks at the time, but did 'em shortly after). Custom SAS with Waggy leaf springs in front and a block lift in back. A few bolt-on power adders, but otherwise stock drivetrain.

  • Thats awesome dude:) Does it still got the stock 4.3 in it?

  • stock 4.3L with an intake and full exhaust (JBA headers and dual FlowMasters)...sounds pretty mean for a v6

  • thats a sick blazer!

  • @crashknott i love those 4.3 buillt i wana do that to the jimmy im drivin make it out out at least as much as the syclone

  • So how do you deal with all the oil sloshing to one side of the pan / away from the oil pickup? Really deep well in the pan?

  • @crashknott Hey man i got pretty much the same truck minus the solid front axle, anyway you could message me the set up the blazer had on it in this video?? thanks

  • Though I must admit, without suspension flex on my truck, I could still do that, but I'd just tip right over, haha.

  • @blazinloud Ontop of that, unlike all the extra parts you have on a Solid, people also have the very common problem of hanging up the carrier in the mud or on a hill. With the CV axles, the diff sits as high as you lift it and I've never gotten hung up.

You could also just get 3" keys, then crank just 2 1/4", and you have PLENTY of suspension flex, then add a 2" body lift and you can go almost anywhere. ;)

  • @blazinloud Eventually I will, but I can't really break anything if I have no suspension flex, lmfao. CV shafts do wear out of course, about every 4 months I need to replace them, but no, never broke anything. But then again when riding on rough terrain and frozen ground, I'm not dumb enough to go 40 miles per hour. If you don't go too fast, you'll never break anything. No matter what you climb up or go down. If you break something, then you are doing something wrong. That's how my group runs

  • @BubonicPlague88 if you didnt bust something in the front end your doing something wrong.

  • @cobra96svt570 there's a 6'' Superlift kit and a 5'' Trailmaster kit.
