It's an emulator. It works a lot like virtualisation software like Parallels Desktop but also translates the PC OS into something a PowerPC processor understands.

I have tested this software. It isn't as good as Virtual Box. It is free aswell

Um yeah Binary Translation allows you to run entire ISA's on different CPU architectures.
