I don't have the clarisonic,I use a "manual one",but I use it over my nose-piercing very carefully and it doesn't cause any trouble.

A good alternative, a baby hair brush! I'm not kidding! I got the idea when I saw a facial brush on coastal scents. It was out of stock at the time so I just tried something I already had several of at home being a mom of two. My skin has never looked and felt so good! I highly reccomend it!!!!!
