Dumbbell row's are a great exercise for your large back muscles called the "lats". Simply remove one JACKRACK hand grip and add some weight plates for resistance. Hold onto the padded bar or vertical post for stability and bend at a 90 degree angle. Slowly pull the dumbbell up and the slowly lower it back down. Always keep the muscle engaged and do not let the weight hang.
