Yes, sometimes it is normal for you to feel anxious after deep breathing. Deep breathing can bring up old patterns and feelings that we have been repressing. Regular practise helps to release this. Be gentle though and take care - only do as much as you can do,

Hi,
Yes, feeling sleeping can be a normal response - usually when we breathe deeply and stop we then realize how tired we are. Feeling sleepy is just the body's way of telling you are tired.
