buy an electronic cigarette!!! they work great...i use the "blu" brand e-cigs...they give a big puff of "smoke" and if your not drunk it tastes like a regular cig...ive been using mine for about a month and i dont smoke regular cigs unless im drinking....good luck buddy!!! hope ya can kick that nasty habit.
