As for SCL exposing its self to prosecution, well how absurd.

In the first place, it's a bluff anybody WORKING for SCLdotCC would say to maintain the companies low profile. SCL HAS to stay under the radar of the general public. In the second place, SCL would not risk drawing attention to itself or expose itself to prosecution and thereby jeopardize their sleazy assed clients deception advantages.
