Forgot to get back to you ,the rock salt did real well.

I often used muriatic acid mixed with water to get a fast start.

A while anyway,works for the lady who does it with hot water,says the salt sticks to the weed better.

Supposed to use vinegar ,salt,and palmolive soap..Just sprinkle salt works too.
