I learned crochet first because it was easier than knitting since you have only one hook to hold, but since I learned knitting the possibilities are endless. It's best to know both! I wish the two worlds would join. You are the most advanced (I feel) if you know both like Lily Chin. The video was fun to watch, great acting! Why did you try to fool us with the dish cloth? You should have known we could tell. I hope there will be a part 2! Great job!

haha in all sincerity, there wasnt much thougbht put into the dishcloth. it was an accident, we were running short on time and it was the only thing we could get. as far as a part 2, i would love to make some more mockumentaries, and im hoping to do so in the near future. thanks a lot for the kind words.

The dishcloths that she has are knitted not crocheted, just throwing that out there. More needles are cumbersome. Crocheters are more efficient. tee hee. :)

Hilarious! Thank you. :-) (Then... good feeling gone when I realize how many people do not understand satire, even when it is so blatant) :-(

What the knitters say is funny. As a knitter and crocheter I make some crazy stuff. Just knitted an octopus, how useful is that? ~sarcasm

Not if they used a nook hook. I make "knit" panels with mine all the time. I can knit with my hook but I can't crochet with 2 needles. Too funny.

lmfao yeah and there isn't a single knit stitch that can't be made with a crochet hook. I've taught myself how to camel crochet which produces fabric that looks exactly like knitting and I've taught myself Tunisian crochet which has two stitches that look identical to knit and purl stitches to the point where there is a 'right' and 'wrong' side to the fabric. Knitters are just haters since they can't be as versatile as us crocheters.

im so happy to see people being ok with with straight male knitters and crocheters, like most people here, I learned crochet first to help me get used to working with the yarn and shortly after , I started knitting, and ahhh, its just...well kind of a meditation..

This is hilarious! I both knit and crochet but prefer crochet. It's faster, more versatile, and can go three dimensional. That and I'm partial to the lace work. Can't make a lace tablecloth with knitting lol.
