@clagwell U're the MAN ! :-)

bate particules are electrons??
-
what did you use to generate those voltages
-
How do you keep the chamber vacuumed
-
@clagwell hey when you get some time can I ask you a few questions about your work? I'm currently doing experimental research similar in concept and would greatly appreciate some conceptual wisdom
I just need help with the technologies "(Distilled Essence) from Micro-to-Macro , so I can become a master engineer of electricity and not putting lego-sets schematics from other people mindlessly like a robot

my friend said that in order for this to work you would need two nozzles that shot out that were polarized so they would go straight but not run into each other and cause a giant blast in your face
-
Now all you need is a large piece of film & you can get X-ray pictures of your friends!
If you could put that inside a diffusion cloud chamber to see if the electrons that are comming out are really particles ! (Because i would guess that X rays would excite the phosphorus too)

@freemanx2x Since this is a century old experiment that has been proven many many times over, I have no doubt that electrons are present outside the window. However, I really like your idea with the cloud chamber. I was planning on making a peltier type chamber in the next couple of months and was thinking about possible emitter sources. I think you hit the nail on the head! Ill try to make a video on that.

can you use a cathode from an old CRT television? And does the particle beam let out electrons or x-rays into the atmosphere? Or both?

@Edrocks21 Providing modifications are made, CRT electron guns can be used. Most of the focus and deflection hardware should be removed and dont expect the filament to last too long after being exposed to the air. The electrons are emitted as a beam and the x-rays are shining almost 360 degrees from the entire tube assembly.
