@godsendization I have seen this EQ in a dream back in the 1970's. It started in the southern most part of the state and jack-knifed it's way all the way up to the Canadian border. It took out Chicago. I was told that it was the 'City of the dead" and not to go there.
At the time of the dream, I had NO idea that we had an EQ problem in the midwest.

@serpentarius51 You are correct. I meant to say 400 miles from the Northern most tip of the fault zone. This would equate to approx. 4 minutes of warning time before any shock would be felt in our area. The concerting thing is that the quakes my now be migrating from fault to fault - which would mean the next big one in Midwest may not occur again on the NM but on a nearby fault...

Scott darlin, You scare me ! I am grateful for the info though. With all the crap in Gov, Maybe it's just checkout time ? The people here are completely oblivious of what is going on. I think that I am THE only one who is paying attention and doing my best to follow what you say ! I know for a fact that after NM , this house will still be standing unscathed. It will be THE only house left standing, in the area. I have tried, but they won't listen.

@godsendization I think that you find that you are closer to the Sandwich Fault. Which runs west of Elgin, then runs towards the southeast of Downer's Grove. NM is closer to Cairo, ILL. To be sure, there are many smaller faults all throughout the state. I moved from Du Page County, to Hancock County. God protect you my friend.

discovered on the grill of an SUV who happened to collide with it. It went to a wildlife center for rehabilitation and was just released. I am pondering, if these are signs God may be giving me as confirmation - obviously we know whether its pole shifting, planetary alignments, or PGRE, the earth is groaning and like you said nature has gotten the memo! High alert for March!

every 188 to 189 days we have had a significant earthquake measuring 7.0 or greater. Please check this out. This is based on the earth's alignment with the sun and the heavy mass object supposedly lining up with all three. Whether the existence of this heavy mass object is correct or not, one thing is true - and that is that there has been EQs happening at this timeline. The next one predicted to be in March. The other irony is a Snowy Owl was recently captured here in Hampshire, IL...
