  • hey dr perry what advice can you give for flat feet since that can lead to some damage in the long run.

  • Flat feet or pronation syndrome requires orthotic support. Without it you will always compensate up the Kinetic Chain. Just make sure you free up the ankle with this exercise BEFORE getting fitted for it. The reason I have you use this pole is to prevent pronation. Good question

  • Yes it will. Give it a try. 1 to 2 degrees of extra movement in the ankle can make a hug difference for you

  • hi I have bilateral ankel , knee and hips SI joints with a particular emphasis on the right side as well as shoulder, neck and some mild discomfort through the elbows. I have no idea what this is and how to handle it

  • i sprained my ankle about 2 months ago and cant put my knee pass my toes and when i do it hurts to the point i have to stop what should i do so that my knees are able to pass my toes without any pain anyone please help me iv'e been having this problem for quit a while

  • @arghmetis Knees going past the toes isnt bad as long as you dont already have bad knees.

  • I've always thought that the knee should never go over the foot when lunging. I know this is not lunging but people always have their knee travel over their feet especially during overhead squats. What gives?

  • That funny. 4 inches is pathetic. I can go 12. But i'm a super human gymnast parkour free runner. Ahhh, life is great!!!!

  • This is going to help my golf game Dr. Perry. Thanks!

  • Funky intro music lawl

  • Great exercise thanks!
