Your video amongst others has given me an extra boost today with my lap band journey, ive lost 4 and a half stone so far, 4 to go and i cant weight to achieve what you have, its trully amazing how it changes every aspect of your life. I dont understand how so many people are against weight loss surgery!

Ur video was very inspiring. I have not posted any of my videos yet. I had my surgury 3 wks ago on Mar. 8, 2010. I've lost 21 lbs so far and feel great. I have lots more to go.
