DotA 6.69c Extremly usefull bug!

A bug that happend to me in a normal apso game on Garena, when I died with aegis just a secound after I used ulti. And when I ressed I had no cd.

we cant be sure it was a bug dude :( the game could have been a -wtf game or -test game, more info would be necessary
