Praying Mantis used in sparring. Parts of Si Lu Ban Da, Tza Chue, and Li Pi are used to practice fighting and reactions. We always try to use forms when fighting. While we are not hitting full force, we are striking fairly hard. Hope you enjoy!

  • ok seriously this is like the best thing ive ever seen.

stuffs actually being used in application and not application like a rehearsed exercise or demonstration. but in a realistic environment with the pressure and spontaneity of sparring. simply put shits awesome

  • Very nice Kung Fu sparring. No pads, no gloves. Raw deal. This just made my day. : )

  • Usually sparring involves actual contact. Doesn't look bad, but pad up a bit and you'll see a difference!

  • Nice that the tornado kick and sweep corresponded naturally, it's usually set up as a move in a two man form that never materializes in a real fight.

  • thats what im talking bout gents keep um coming yo
