Praying Mantis used in sparring. Parts of Si Lu Ban Da, Tza Chue, and Li Pi are used to practice fighting and reactions. We always try to use forms when fighting. While we are not hitting full force, we are striking fairly hard. Hope you enjoy!

Usually sparring involves actual contact. Doesn't look bad, but pad up a bit and you'll see a difference!

Nice that the tornado kick and sweep corresponded naturally, it's usually set up as a move in a two man form that never materializes in a real fight.
