antivirus is blocking it

when i try open ares via isis , it says cannot launch ares.exe
this may be because another application locked your computers dde server preventing isis to communicating with ares
please check your installation, reboot and ensure no non-essential aplication are running
i tried to reistall it but the same problem goes again and again, i dont what to do please help
