@jerytherew1 I've got no comments about how this guy is driving here. It seems to be a lot of stuff in that hole, which prolly is supposed to be unharmed and functional even if they digging around it. A broken sewage pipe -for example - just adds more unwanted work, and they will have to tell everone in the building to stop using toilets, shower etc until it's fixed... and that is not popular.

@jerytherew1 Well.. something went wrong over here about the wages as I feel it; Here the construction worker got higher wages but the operator is supposed to know/ have a similar education as them. But the operator also got the education and knowledge how to operate the machine(s).. And soon they don't even put up a laser for pipelaying because it's all in the Geo-ROG or Trimble system... adding more responsibility for the operator, less for the labour guy.. But it's not seen on the payment

the laborers arent spoiled their just pussys if any of my laborers were standing around like that.theyd be let go. that rototilt is around 25 k. laborer 23 bux an hour at most. that operator isnt good by a long shot. im 26 and i can dig circles around that guy

@jerytherew1 I only see 3 other spoiled guys in this clip. Hanging on there tools they don't need. The funny part is that they usually have higher wages than the machine opertator...

@H2kon It is a water leak. He must do it slow so he dont brake the lines. Then it would be a disaster and cost to much. Do the job slow and good, not fast and useless!
