@yazenmatloob look at it this way.The people had a written language, but isn't it likely that they were writing things the entire time they were developing it. I mean it would be kinda ridiculous if the scribes of Mesopotamia wrote the most important thing in their kingdom in a language that no one knew how freaking read yet.I'm just stating my doubts.yes I'm ignorant,but so are you.I'm just choosing to further investigate the things I learn and further myself.you just want to take it leave it.

This story is the first literary work in history. Gilagamesh was a real ruler of Uruk about 4500 years ago.
When King Nebuchadnezzar II (Babylonian King) conquered Jerusalem and forced their intellectuals inhabitants into exile. Here, they were able to fill the gaps in their own tribal stories of the Creation and the Flood. It is now accepted that most of the first five books of the Bible were written here, during the Babylonian captivity using the literature and theology of Mesopotamia.
