Reward for information leading to identification of this thief.

This robbery happened at the 6200 block of N. Clark Street off Hillandale in Northwest Davenport, Iowa on Sept. 19, 2009.

Bike is a yellow and black mountain bike.

It is time lapsed. The camera doesn't record unless there is motion to activate it. It isn't technically a video, it is a string of pictures. If the picture doesn't change, the camera doesn't record. A bunch of security video is like that.

I've had bikes taken from me before, tis shitty. What I want to invent is some type of user-identification handlebar grip, it will read your hand bone structure and your fingerprints, then database it in some nano tech inside. If some person comes along and decides your bike is suddenly theirs and tries to take off, it will send out a discharge of electricity that will most likely stun them off your bike, and think otherwise.

@roguetube2 Very obviously is. Can tell by the body frame, haircut, and manner of walking. Look to be in her 30s. Height could be calculated by using the mailbox as a refernce

ok, its a black female, proly arowned 5'3-5'5, 185-210 lbs. i know its a femail cuz if u look at her passing the car u can see clearly she has breasts and is hevey set. she was tossin papers so that would have linked u someway to who. but i am sorry think ur cinda scewed. p.s sorry about the spelling.
