It is not Break dance
When you are on ground,and enemies surround you,you start doing that break dance to trow them away.

@Dstork7 dude, i dont't know what you're smoking but seriously, taekwondo useful in a fight? dude that's like pitting a chopstick with a knife. I mean, not to bash on your ego or something, but atleast don't put it on account that taekwondo is for the streets. One word though: UFC.

@gymgirl20001999. Yes, this is a demonstration. Yes this is not a fight. But TaeKwonDo is not a showoff sport. Sure, one would never use the moves they're using here in a real fight, but by doing this stuff, they show they're even better at the standard techniques they would use in a fight. You train to beat people up, and you end up looking good as a result, not the other way around.
