  • u grew some brains in this vid and actually wore a belt

  • Hey. You need to do more reps and build a rhythm when you squat. You can still do doubles and triples but do that after you try a higher rep set while still going heavy.

  • Nice Work, Man! Squats are nice and deep. On the Snatch pulls, you really shouldnt be going to singles if you are new to it. I would reccomend focusing on muscle concentration, speed of the pull and technique. With the Push Presses, again, seems a bit heavy. Not that you cant do that lb'age, but you need a weight that you can use to focus on speed and technique while being heavy enough as well. Good job. Keep it up!
