New York's laws outlawing anal sex and oral sex for gays and unmarried het couples was overturned by the New York Court of Appeals in 1980 and the laws were repealed in 2000.
In 2003, the U.S. Supreme Court Lawrence v. Texas decision outlawed all the laws prohibiting anal and oral sex in the 14 states that hadn't overturned or repealed these laws.

'sodomy' was a crime in New York, too. I don't know if that changed recently, but it wasn't enforced anyway.
