The comments made about Blackwater are unfounded and are without merit. In Iraq it's called WAR , so explained to me under the present;UCMJ and rules of engagement. And at what point do we just sit there and let them shoot us.. Colateral damage can and does happen in ALL military engaements and if they were fired on and returned fire then those are the rules of engagement in WAR.
