too much of D in place of 'Th' is found in almost all accents of southern india only. Mumbai is, I guess, the only place in India with relatively lightest accent..
eastern indians: 'work' pronounced as 'burk'
northwest indians: add a light 'a' end of word and strain the last consonant.. e.g. fighttta, lighttta,
north: isckool for school, ishtyle for style
south: 'toll' for twelve
west"hyim for him, myadam for madam
